New english mail I just noticed that Dan have posted a lot of new mails, and felt sorry about my lazyness...
What happened since last time?
We are still very lucky with the weather, a lot of sunny days, not so cold, and always those amazing colors, it must be even more beautiful in the countryside, I guess.
I started the clinical rotations in gynecology-obstetrics, the doctors are very nice, they speak swedish a lot, with patients, with collegues, and it helps to improve my own swedish. I will need it I guess, considering the fact that my swedish lessons, which just began yesterday, won't be I think so efficient! But let's see, we'll never know...
I really like this language, the music, the spontaneity and empathy that it brings to any kind of discussion... Only if you manage to speak it every day, wich is not the case for me, so far.
This afternoon, we were supposed to simulate real clinical situation (such as announcing intra utero death, dealing with the parents will to get a cesarian section without medical justification...), thay ade a movie, and showed it to us. We had a great time : laughing a lot, and learning how to deal with some difficult situations...
Yesterday, first ultrasons examination on a pregnant woman, a voluntary doctor of the hospital, it was really crazy to see all the details of the foetus...
We've been, with my "schoolmates", to the moderna museet, beautiful collection, haven't had enough time to see all was worth to see... Next time, with one of you, I hope :)
Then last sunday, I've been to the kulturhuset, enjoying Nan Goldin exhibition, amazing. I wasn't really fond or her photos before, too violent to my feelings, but this time, I have been more sensitive to the power and the feeling's strengh she managed to create in my mind.
You can see the pictures in my previous post.
And perhaps on facebook, soon...
Let's stop trying to do such complicated sentences in english, it's gonna stop being understandable.
What else?
We plan to go (again) to Helsinki, at the end of november, first week-end with christmas decorations... I wouldn't have wished to go back there alone, but enjoying the boat trip and the city with people can be much more funnier!
I also saw my aunt and my uncle, here to take care about my cousin's wife, for the very end of the pregnancy, and they brought my stuff with them, so I have officially more than one pair of pants... cool.
The place I live in is still good, and quiet, and being on the top of the building will soon be appreciable. The darkness starts....

Il se trouve qu’en fouillant un peu plus au fond de ce placard, j’ai
retrouvé d’autres photos…
